This September, TalentClick partnered with JuneWarren-Nickle to launch the inaugural Top Safety Culture™ Awards! The event recognized some of the strongest Safety Cultures in North America. Safety Culture was measured through a series of assessments:
- Safety Practices Questionnaire. Completed by a representative from each participating organization, to evaluate organizational policies and procedures in place surrounding safety practices in the workplace.
- Safety Incidents Questionnaire. Completed by a representative from each participating organization, with organizational annual incident and injury rates.
- Employee Feedback Survey. Completed by employees to gain feedback on their view of safety practices and behaviors in their workplace.
These different levels of information were analyzed to provide a detailed measurement of safety culture in an organization.
