The Safety Self-Awareness (SSA) training provides personalized, self-guided courses to educate participants on how personality contributes to safety risk on the job. Two course levels are available for frontline workers and safety managers.

Participants take 60 minutes to complete the online eLearning course, and reflect on their safety behavior with personalized training, leading to safer on-the-job behavior.
